How It Works

2. Schedule Your Inspection

Members are responsible for contacting Teal Plumbing to schedule their annual inspection.

3. Receive Your Inspection

A licensed plumber will inspect your plumbing system and identify visible concerns.

Membership Terms & Conditions

Annual Membership Agreement

Membership is a 12-month agreement. Monthly memberships are billed monthly but remain subject to the full 12-month term.

Early Cancellation

If membership is canceled before the end of the 12-month term, the remaining balance of the annual membership term becomes immediately due.

Inspection Scheduling

Members are responsible for scheduling their annual plumbing inspection. Teal Plumbing does not provide reminder calls, texts, or emails.

Inspection Limitations

Annual inspections are visual inspections only and are limited to accessible plumbing components. Inspections do not include destructive testing, opening walls, excavation, camera inspections, sewer line inspections, leak detection, code compliance inspections, or engineering evaluations unless specifically noted.

No Warranty

Membership does not provide a warranty, guarantee, insurance policy, maintenance contract, or service agreement covering plumbing failures, leaks, stoppages, water damage, equipment failure, or future repairs.

Repair Discounts

The 10% repair discount applies only to repairs performed by Teal Plumbing and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, coupons, or special offers unless approved by management.

Priority Scheduling

Priority scheduling places members ahead of non-members when scheduling permits but does not guarantee same-day service, emergency service, or specific appointment times.

Emergency Service

Emergency service availability is based on technician availability, weather conditions, holidays, and operational capacity.

Transferability

Membership benefits apply only to the enrolled property and are not transferable to another property or customer without written approval from Teal Plumbing.

Access Requirements

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to plumbing systems, crawlspaces, utility rooms, mechanical rooms, and other areas necessary for inspections or repairs.

Existing Conditions

Teal Plumbing is not responsible for pre-existing plumbing defects, hidden conditions, code violations, structural issues, mold, water damage, or other conditions discovered during inspections or repairs.

Liability Limitation

Teal Plumbing's liability is limited to the amount paid for the membership during the current membership term.

Changes to Membership

Teal Plumbing reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, or terms upon renewal with advance notice.

Service Area

Membership benefits are available only within Teal Plumbing's designated service area.
